been working in the Sacramento Courts since
1992. I
have handled thousands of felony and misdemeanor
cases on all levels from plea-bargains, pre-trials,
suppression motions, jury trials, and DMV hearings.
I
have handled cases from both the defense and
the prosecution side. Prior to going
into private practice, I was with the Sacramento
District Attorney's Office, where I prosecuted
hundreds of cases and built relationships with
District Attorneys, Judges and court staff.
Because
of my experience in both prosecution and defense
of criminal charges, my thousands of previous
cases, and numerous years practicing in Sacramento's
Courts, I am uniquely qualified to handle your
